Junior Ranger

Dear Diary:

You may now address me as "Junior Ranger Fargo". I was ceremoniously awarded this badge for my good deeds here at Olympic National Park. 50 people were in attendance when I handed in the small bag of garbage I had collected, told them about a slimy banana slug I saw on the trail (yuck) and recited this short but snappy poem I wrote about my nature walk.

I saw a perfect spider web.
The spider hanging by a thread.
The sticky web hung from a tree.
I'm so glad I'm not a bee.
