Rain Rain Go Away

Yes, it's raining AGAIN and once again the peaks here have been reduced from grand spires and castles to vast moats of fog. Ho-hum. So, we've hit the road in search of drier ground. We are parked for the night at the edge of Yoho National Park, and in the morning we will make our break to Canada's Glacier Park and onward to Vancouver.

We will have to come back to Jasper National Park one day and do all those hikes that this rain has drenched. But, we still have Olympic Park, Crater Lake and many others still ahead on this trip. So chin up and go West my friend.

Late Breaking News

Later that same day, the clouds actually parted. If we weren't here to see it with our own eyes we wouldn't have believed it - but yes, ladies and gentlemen - a ray of sun.
